In his comment, Trump hoped Badin would improve soon.
Biden had sprained his right foot, but X-rays showed “no apparent fracture,” according to a statement issued by his doctor after he slipped while playing with his dog, Saturday.
On Sunday, Dr. Kevin O’Connor said, “President-elect Joe Biden has sprained his right foot. The initial x-ray reassures that there is no apparent fracture and he will get an additional CT scan for more detailed imaging.”
Earlier Sunday, Biden’s office announced that he would be examined by an orthopedic surgeon “out of extreme caution,” after he sprained his ankle while playing with the dog.
