Trump announces the launch of the general vaccination campaign against Corona in the United States

US President Donald Trump announced late Friday evening that the vaccination with the “Pfizer” vaccine against the Coronavirus in the United States will begin in less than 24 hours.

In a video clip he posted on his Twitter page, the US President said: “Today our country has achieved a medical miracle. We created a safe and effective vaccine in just 9 months. This is one of the greatest scientific achievements in history.”

Trump expressed satisfaction with the announcement by the Food and Drug Administration that it had approved the use of the “Pfizer” vaccine.

He added, “We have already started shipping the vaccine to all states and addresses in the country. The first vaccination will start in less than 24 hours.”

Trump confirmed the efficacy of the “Pfizer” and “Moderna” vaccines, adding that the two vaccines are safe, saying that these two vaccines have proven effective by about 95%, indicating that this far exceeds expectations.

Earlier, the Washington Post reported that the White House ordered the President of the US Food and Drug Administration, Stephen Hahn, to authorize the “Pfizer-BioNTech” vaccine on Friday, or to resign.

The United States of America tops the list of countries most affected by the outbreak of the epidemic in the world, as it recorded about 295 thousand deaths, and the total number of injuries reached 15.8 million cases so far.
