Today, Monday, a media report said that Uruguayan Luis Suarez, the Barcelona striker, had terminated his contract with the Catalan team.

And according to “RAC1” Spanish radio, Barcelona reached a full agreement with Suarez, to terminate his contract, this summer.

She added that Suarez decided to give up the remaining year of his contract with Barcelona and would leave the Catalan club for free.

This comes in light of what was stated in identical press reports that Suárez is close to moving to Atlético de Madrid, and that he reached a complete agreement with them on the personal conditions, but there are simple details that separate the player from joining Atlético.

The Spanish newspaper “Mundo Deportivo” said that had agreed with Luis Suarez to conclude a contract between the two parties for a period of two seasons.

 

The newspaper added that the duo Miguel Angel Gil Marin, CEO of Atlético, and the technical director Diego Simeone, is behind Suárez’s approval to move to the team.
