U.S. President-elect Joe Biden has not changed any of the furniture in the Oval Office, except for the disappearance of the Red button attributed to former President Donald Trump, according to U.S. press reports.
According to The Hill, “this button was not visible in Biden’s photos taken Thursday at the White House.”

“Trump, a fan of soft drinks, had ordered the red button to be placed on his desk, and when he pressed him, an employee would be called up to serve him a diet coke,” she said.
President Biden has removed the Diet Coke button. When @ShippersUnbound and I interviewed Donald Trump in 2019, we became fascinated by what the little red button did. Eventually Trump pressed it, and a butler swiftly brought in a Diet Coke on a silver platter. It's gone now. pic.twitter.com/rFzhPaHYjk

According to news reports, Trump regularly consumed 12 cans of diet coke a day.
“Trump used the red button a lot to joke with guests by pointing out that he could fire nuclear orders from him,” she said, referring to former White House staff errands.
“Trump was suddenly pushing the button, and his guests were looking at each other with astonishment because they didn’t know what was going to happen, but moments later, a staff member came in carrying a cup full of “diet coke, ” he said.
Although new President Biden may have gotten rid of Trump’s red button, a former caterer who worked with him revealed to The Washington Post last year that Biden liked to keep his refrigerator full of Coca-Cola, the paper said.
