US President Donald Trump has urged his supporters to participate in the presidential elections and vote for him.

Trump called, today, Monday, in a series of successive tweets on his page on the social networking site “Twitter”, to vote for him “in order to continue fighting corruption and fake news, and for the continuation of work to return American soldiers from abroad to their country.”

He said that today is the last day to register to vote in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Texas, attaching his tweet to the link of the voting sites.

Yesterday, Sunday, the US President appeared for the first time since his injury was discovered, as he drove his car in a convoy of cars in front of supporters gathered at Walter Reed Military Medical Center (where Trump is being treated there), waving his hand from the window.

“The president took a short parade tour, which he planned at the last minute to wave to his supporters who had gathered in front of the building,” said Judd Derry, deputy spokesman for the White House, adding that the motorcade cars returned immediately to the Medical Center area after the tour on the closed street.

Earlier, Trump reassured voters through a video clip, indicating that he was recovering, and said: “I have learned a lot about COVID, and I will surprise the great citizens outside the hospital.”
