Ivanka Trump, the daughter, and advisor of US President Donald Trump confirmed that she was questioned as part of the investigation into allegations of misuse of donor funds during her father’s inauguration in 2017.
The president’s daughter said, in a message posted on her Twitter account on Thursday, that she spent more than five hours in the Washington-District Attorney’s office, Karl Racine, indicating that he belongs to the Democratic Party.

Ivanka Trump explained that she was questioned about the price of rooms in the Trump Hotel in Washington during the week of her father’s inauguration as president, adding that she delivered to the plaintiffs a copy of a four-year-old email in which she instructed the hotel management to maintain a “fair market price” during this period.
“This” investigation “is only another manifestation of politically motivated hatred and wasting taxpayer money,” she added.
And US media has previously reported that the Attorney General’s office in Washington has filed a lawsuit involving Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, alleging that the President’s inauguration committee paid more than $ 1 million in improper payments to the Trump Hotel during the week of his inauguration.
As part of the lawsuit, records were sought from Ivanka Trump, first lady Melania Trump, and Thomas Barack Jr., a close friend of the president who chairs the inauguration committee.
